Service Description
During this assessment, we will run through the Beighton Scale and my questionnaire I have developed to understand the impact Hypermobility may be having on your body. You will receive your Beighton Score along with a mild to maximal impact report. We will finish by discussing next best steps for you and your body. Please note: This is not a medical diagnosis recognized by your insurance. As I physical therapist, I am able to recognize and treat Hypermobility but a doctor will have you give you an assessment for it to be put on your records. They may also want to do blood work to test for other genetic components. If you are on the maximal end and I suspect more medical care is required, I will always refer you to ensure client safety.
